Registration and Reservations
To ensure a seamless experience and guarantee seating, advanced registration is required for all guests.
-
Payment Plan Option: Guests may choose to secure their seat with a non-refundable deposit.
- Group Bookings: Please reserve the total number of seats for your party in a single transaction to ensure your group is seated together.
- Capacity: Due to limited studio capacity, every individual in attendance must purchase a seat.
Arrival and Punctuality
Instruction begins promptly at the scheduled start time. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to check in and settle at your station.
- Late Arrivals: In consideration of other guests, our instructors cannot provide individual catch-up assistance for those arriving after the session has begun. This may result in an unfinished painting.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for guests who arrive late or miss their session.
Photo Selection Checklist
- High Resolution: Use a clear, high-quality original photo; avoid blurry images or low-quality screenshots.
- Optimal Lighting: Photos taken in natural light work best; avoid heavy shadows or extremely bright, overexposed areas.
- Focused Subject: Close-up shots of people or pets translate best to canvas and preserve the most detail.
- Simple Background: A clean, uncluttered background keeps the focus on your subject and makes for a better painting experience.
- Essential Detail: When emailing your photo to stonedangelsbrand@gmail.com, you must include your Order Number so we can accurately match your picture to your registration.
